MobileViewer is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to preview how publicly accessible websites appear when viewed on mobile devices and tablets. The Service renders third-party URLs inside a simulated device frame using browser iframe technology.

MobileViewer is provided free of charge and does not require account registration. The Service is provided "as-is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

• Introducing malicious code, scripts, or content that could harm other users or our infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

The MobileViewer website, including its design, code, text, graphics, and interface, is the intellectual property of MobileViewer and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose as described herein. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

Websites previewed through MobileViewer remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. MobileViewer claims no ownership over any third-party content accessed through the Service.

6. Third-Party Content

MobileViewer enables you to view third-party websites within a device frame. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party websites. Accessing a website through MobileViewer does not constitute endorsement of that website or its content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party websites through MobileViewer complies with those websites' own terms and applicable laws. MobileViewer is not responsible for any harm resulting from your access to or use of third-party websites via the Service.

Some websites may block embedding via iframe (using X-Frame-Options or Content-Security-Policy headers). This is a decision made by the website operator and is not within MobileViewer's control.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MobileViewer does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The visual representation of websites will be pixel-perfect or identical to actual device rendering
• All URLs will be successfully loadable within the Service
• The Service will be available at any particular time or location

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBILEVIEWER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall MobileViewer's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service (which, as the Service is free, is zero).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or legal requirements.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
